Personal Training Polices & Procedures

Session Payment

All personal training packages and sessions must be pre-paid bi-weekly or monthly. Services can be purchased by using cash, check, or credit card. A service fee is charged to all credit cards transactions. There is a $35.00 fee for any returned item.

Expiration Policy

All fitness services sessions or package must be completed within the week.

Late Session

Sessions last for one hour. If a session begins late due to the client, the sessions will end at the scheduled time. If a session begins late because of the trainer, the session will last one hour from when it starts.

Session No-Show

Failure to show for a scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of payment for that session.

Client Cancellation

Client must cancel at least 24-hour before the session. Cancellations must be made by calling 404-988-3424 (voicemail will record date/time). All last minute cancellations cannot be rescheduled.

Trainer Cancellation

Trainer must cancel at least 24-hours before the session. If the trainer fails to give a 24-hour notice, the client will receive a make-up session and a free session.


Sessions may be rescheduled within the week with advance notice at least 24-hour at the discretion of the trainer.


All sessions and packages are non-refundable.

Physician Clearance Form

Styles Fitness reserves the right to request a Physician's clearance form before a client starts fitness training sessions.

Client Rights

You have the right to stop any workout or exercise at any time if you feel any pain or discomfort or if you just dislike the exercise. Always provide feedback to ensure you get the best training experience you can!

Trainer's Holidays

Styles Fitness will notify our clients seven days in advance of any planned holidays and schedule breaks.

Attire Requirements

Clients must wear suitable clothes for exercise and wear proper athletic shoes.

Rights and Authority

Styles Fitness has the right and the authority to terminate the program at any time, if I do not follow the program or fail to conduct myself in an appropriate manner.
